Social Responsibility
• People
Want To Buy From socially responsible businesses
• People Want To Work For socially responsible businesses
• People Want To Partner With socially responsible businesses
Aside from the personal and social benefits from Social
Responsibility (SR) awareness, how can it impact your business
performance?
Social Responsibility is becoming more than a trend and
‘buzz-word’.
Increasingly, Consumers are demanding changes to the production
and supply of products and services.
Scrutiny
of labelling, processes and business management & integrity
are influencing where people spend their money.
As a response, Supply chains are demanding greater emphasis
on Social Responsibility action, transparency and reporting
– many large organisations now produce SR reports in conjunction
with their Annual Reports.
Trading term and supply relationships are therefore becoming
increasingly reliant on smaller businesses within the supply
chain complying with Social Responsibility programs.
Social Responsibility Models
All of this may sound daunting, and the domain of large
business.
Fortunately, there are a number of recognised Social Responsibility
models to suit all business sizes, budgets and complexity.
Resonanz Consulting can work with you to identify the model
best suited to your strategy and budget.
We currently utilise as models:
• ISO 26000 – Social Responsibility
• Global Reporting Initiative
• The Good Business Register |
